Railing (staircase)

One after another problem this is the scenario in Taman Serina. I believe all of us pay maintainance fee. In fact there are people who pay in advance. Last weekend I just took a walk around Taman Serina and also not to miss claiming the stairs. What shocked me was to see the condition of the railing .It started to get rust. It’s at a very early stage and the party who collect the maintenance fee should be responsible to get it painted to prevent from further damage. I am not sure when they are going to get it done. Maybe they are going to wait until the whole railing collapse and cause serious injuries to the residents before they can take any action.
